We are in search of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at our bakery in Bungoma. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Your creativity and knowledge of different baking techniques will be key in creating delicious and visually appealing products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper baking
- Decorate and finish baked goods with icing, glaze, or other toppings as required
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Clean work area, equipment, and utensils after each shift
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role
- Familiarity with all aspects of baking including measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, shaping doughs, using ovens, etc.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Creativity in designing new recipes or modifying existing ones
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal culinary training is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.
