Our company is seeking experienced loaders to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from trucks and other vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of goods.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods from trucks and other vehicles
- Organize and stack goods in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect goods for any damages or defects before loading
- Use equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move heavy items
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate with truck drivers to ensure timely loading and unloading of goods

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a loader or in a similar role preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Basic math skills for counting and organizing goods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and truck drivers
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with 40 hours per week. The working schedule may include weekends depending on the needs of the company.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements in Mombasa.
