Office Assistant - Sofia, Egypt
We are a reputable company looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sofia, Egypt. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain and update filing systems
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry and photocopying
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract Type:
Full-time, 6 months with the possibility of extension
