Computer Support Specialist

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients and customers. You will use your knowledge of computer systems and networks to troubleshoot issues, install software and hardware, and maintain systems for optimal performance. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure new software and hardware as needed
- Maintain system performance by performing regular updates and maintenance tasks
- Document all support activities and resolutions in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1400$
Location: Chelyabinsk (Visa sponsorship available)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
