Information Security Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Acre, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's information systems and data. You will analyze potential security threats, implement security measures, and monitor our systems for any breaches or vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks
- Monitor networks and systems for any suspicious activity or breaches
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulations
- Train employees on information security best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network and system security principles, including firewalls, encryption methods, intrusion detection/prevention systems, etc.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA or GDPR
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Acre, Canada (visa sponsorship available)
