Commercial Architect

We are a growing architectural firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create detailed plans that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Experience working with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed plans for commercial buildings based on client needs and site surveys
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure plans are accurate and feasible
- Review project progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate any changes or updates to clients in a timely manner
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it aligns with the approved plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position without accommodation. However, we offer visa sponsorship for international candidates.
