Commercial Architect (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Acre, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, shopping centers, and hotels. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring that all work meets building codes and standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect with a strong portfolio of successful projects
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations in Israel
- Strong design skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Acre, Israel
