Restaurant Manager
A well-established restaurant in Herzliya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction, and managing the staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, and handling customer complaints.
- Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet high quality standards.
- Train new employees and ensure all staff members are knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Create schedules for staff based on business needs.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and make necessary adjustments to meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalees or Egyptians preferred).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
