Project Manager

A leading construction company in Acre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and monitoring, as well as managing budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize project activities, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project progress
- Monitor project budget and schedule, taking corrective action when necessary
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management within the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Acre, Philippines (Filipino nationality preferred but not required)
