Instrument Technician for Oil and Gas Industry in Ashdod, Israel

We are a well-established oil and gas company seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team at our facility in Ashdod, Israel. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all instruments and control systems used in our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments and control systems such as sensors, transmitters, meters, valves, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions.
- Perform preventative maintenance on instruments to ensure their proper functioning.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex instrument issues.
- Stay updated on industry standards and new technologies related to instrument calibration and maintenance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and instrumentation principles.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Fluent in English with good communication skills.
