Commercial Architect (English-speaking)

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Vilnius. Your main focus will be on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with contractors and oversee construction process to ensure quality workmanship

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working on international projects is preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Preference will be given to Egyptian nationals living in Vilnius or willing to relocate.
