Architectural Technologists are responsible for the technical aspects of building design and construction. They work closely with architects and engineers to create functional, safe and aesthetically pleasing spaces. As an Architectural Technologist in Faro, you will be involved in all stages of a project, from initial concept to final construction. Your duties will include producing detailed drawings and specifications, conducting site visits and inspections, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design or construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building materials, techniques and construction processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals to develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings using CAD software based on project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information, assess progress and ensure quality control
- Review contractor bids, negotiate contracts and manage project budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Stay updated on local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the design process
- Assist with obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Attend client meetings to discuss project progress, address concerns and provide solutions
- Keep accurate records of project details including drawings, specifications, contracts and correspondence

Salary & Benefits:
