Junior Accountant


We are a rapidly growing accounting firm based in Herning, seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. As a Junior Accountant, you will assist in the preparation of financial statements, perform account reconciliations, and handle day-to-day accounting tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain valuable experience in the field of accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Perform account reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Provide support to senior accountants as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or currently pursuing)
- Prior experience or coursework in accounting preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Herning, Denmark. While we prefer candidates who are already located in Herning or nearby cities, we are open to considering candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate.
