We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Part-Time Teamlead in Randers, Denmark. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Train new employees on job duties, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
