We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Teamlead to join our growing team in Randers, Denmark. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitor team progress and provide regular reports to upper management
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Conduct training sessions for new team members as needed
- Set goals for the team and track their progress towards achieving them
- Address any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards success
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodations

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
