Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Randers. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends that will drive business decisions. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean data from various sources
- Organize and store data in databases
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods
- Identify patterns and trends in the data
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights from data analysis
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1200/month
