Formworker Supervisor

As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of formwork, which is used to support concrete structures during the building process. You will work closely with a team of formworkers to ensure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of formworkers, providing direction, guidance, and support as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine formwork requirements
- Ensure that all formwork is properly installed, aligned, and supported
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate with other construction professionals to coordinate work schedules
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and materials to ensure they are in good working condition
- Train new employees on proper formwork techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Understanding of safety protocols in the construction industry
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor as needed
- Fluent in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Chelyabinsk (open for candidates from other cities within Russia)
