We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Kaunas. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications and blueprints. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1500$, as well as accommodation and free visa and ticket for Indian candidates.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in welding
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical strength and stamina to work in demanding conditions
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements
- Set up welding equipment according to specifications
- Operate various welding tools such as MIG, TIG, or stick welders
- Perform various types of welds on metal components based on project requirements
- Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality control
- Maintain work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding project progress
