Architectural Designer

Our architecture firm in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our team of architects and engineers to create innovative and functional designs for a variety of projects. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with architects and engineers to develop design concepts for various projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to gather necessary information for design projects
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback from clients, contractors, and team members
- Use 3D modeling software to create visual representations of designs
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, and reports as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
