Facade Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Eschen. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings. Your main goal will be to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the building's facade.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of building facades and identify any issues or areas in need of repair
- Develop detailed plans and designs for new facades or facade renovations
- Select appropriate materials for facade construction based on factors such as durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee construction projects and ensure that all work is being carried out according to plans and industry standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects
- Monitor the performance of facades over time and address any maintenance or repair needs
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience working with building facades
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and industry standards
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Salary: $1300 per month

This is a full-time position with a preference for Indian candidates. Women are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have their own visa to work in Eschen. Fluency in English is not required but will be considered an asset.
