Job Title: Construction Manager



Our growing construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects. This includes coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management and possess strong leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project budgets and report on costs to upper management
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control standards are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
