Finishing Specialist

As a Finishing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing the final touches to various products and ensuring they meet the required quality standards. You will work with a team of professionals to complete the finishing process, which may include sanding, polishing, painting, and other techniques. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision to produce high-quality finished products. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and tools used in the finishing process. The ideal candidate should have experience in finishing techniques and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing techniques such as sanding, polishing, painting, and others to achieve desired results
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Work with a team to complete the finishing process within specified deadlines
- Maintain equipment and tools used in the finishing process
- Communicate any issues or concerns with quality or equipment maintenance to superiors
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow safety protocols at all times while handling equipment and materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in finishing techniques is preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Finisher or Finishing Specialist
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Knowledge of different finishing techniques such as sanding, polishing, painting, etc.
- Familiarity with various types of equipment used in the finishing process
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from superiors
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time while performing tasks
