We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Malayalee Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team, ensuring productivity and efficiency while maintaining a positive work environment. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1800$ per month, along with free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, delegating tasks and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching and training as needed
- Set clear goals and targets for the team to achieve company objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have experience working in a multicultural environment
