Senior Architect - Siauliai, Lithuania


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and development of architectural projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to create innovative and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to project completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative solutions
- Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience managing projects from concept to completion
- Demonstrated leadership skills

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
