Junior Architectural Designer - Utena, Lithuania



We are hiring a Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work alongside experienced architects and designers to assist in the design and planning of various architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts and plans
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design software
- Assist with site visits and measurements
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Contribute ideas and provide feedback during team meetings
- Ensure project deadlines are met and stay within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in architectural design (internship experience may be considered)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently

Preferred:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Familiarity with sustainability principles in architecture
