Land Surveyor - Akron, USA

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and other natural features to determine boundaries, locations, and topographical features. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and laser scanners to collect data and create accurate maps and drawings. This role will require working outdoors in various weather conditions and may involve physical labor such as lifting and carrying equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land using specialized equipment
- Collect data on boundaries, topographical features, and other natural elements
- Create accurate maps and drawings based on survey data
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Use computer software to process survey data
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on site
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers or architects to ensure accuracy of survey results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Prior experience working as a Surveyor is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Ability to read maps, plans, and blueprints
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating measurements and angles
- Physical fitness for working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in collecting and analyzing data

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
