Slinger Supervisor


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Slinger Supervisor to join our team in Malindi. As the Slinger Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the slinging team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the slinging team, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Train new slingers on proper techniques and procedures
- Inspect slinging equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate work schedules and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor productivity and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment usage, and employee performance
- Resolve any issues or conflicts within the team

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Slinger or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of slinging equipment and safety protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be physically fit as this role may involve lifting heavy objects

Salary:
Starting salary of $1400 per month, with potential for increases based on performance.

This position is located in Malindi, a beautiful coastal town in Kenya known for its stunning beaches, vibrant culture, and rich history.
