Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop website layouts, user interfaces, and graphics using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional design concepts
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve website designs
- Optimize websites for different devices and browsers for maximum compatibility
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
- Good time management skills to prioritize multiple projects effectively
