Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential problems or delays and implement solutions
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety protocols are being followed
- Prepare progress reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Valid visa/work permit for Aarhus

Salary: Up to $1700 per month (depending on experience)
