Construction Manager



As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects in Aarhus. You will work closely with the project team to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations on site. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop detailed project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and identify potential issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including financial documents
- Oversee quality control measures and ensure adherence to specifications
- Communicate regularly with project team members to provide updates on progress
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Enforce company policies and procedures on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong leadership skills
- Biometric passport preferred

Salary: $1200 per month (with accommodation)
