We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's network and computer systems, ensuring their smooth operation and security. This position is suitable for men who have biometric passports and are looking for part-time jobs without the need for English language skills or prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network and systems performance, identifying any issues or inefficiencies
- Troubleshoot network and systems problems, implementing solutions as needed
- Implement security measures to protect the company's data and systems
- Install hardware and software updates as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, system changes, and upgrades
- Provide technical support to employees regarding network and system usage
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network and systems administration
- Proficient with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, LAN/WAN technologies, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols such as VPNs, encryption methods, intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$. Salary may be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is located in Vilnius. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who have biometric passports.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work an average of 20 hours per week.
