Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor construction progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project updates and progress
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project
- Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost-efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures on job sites
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of professionals
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Must have a valid visa/work permit for Mauren
