We are searching for a skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Randers. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and networks. Your main duties will include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring data security and backup systems are in place, and providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Install and configure software applications related to network operations.
- Monitor network performance to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure data security by implementing proper access controls, firewalls, antivirus software, etc.
- Maintain system backups to ensure data is secure in the event of a disaster.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware or software issues.
- Create documentation of network infrastructure and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN), TCP/IP protocols, and routing/switching.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with security concepts such as encryption methods and secure socket layers (SSL).
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
