Rental Company Manager - Mombasa, Kenya
The Rental Company Manager will oversee the operations of a busy rental company located in the vibrant city of Mombasa, Kenya. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the rental company
- Manage a team of rental agents, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement strategies to increase business and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and inventory levels
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the rental industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with rental software systems
