Rental Coordinator

As a Rental Coordinator for our rental company in Mombasa, you will be responsible for managing the rental process and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized and has excellent communication skills. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating rental agreements, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining accurate records of rental transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the rental process from start to finish
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable rental options
- Prepare and process rental agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all rental transactions including payments, returns, and damages
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the rental department

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a rental company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1700 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
