Office Manager - Khasab, Oman

A well-established company in Khasab, Oman is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This position is open to Indian nationals with no English language requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office
- Handle all administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing files
- Monitor and order office supplies, equipment, and services as needed
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners for efficient communication and workflow
- Assist in budget planning and tracking expenses
- Supervise and train junior staff members as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience working with Indian nationals preferred

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
