Office Manager for an Indian Company in Khasab
We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager for our Indian company located in Khasab. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be familiar with managing office operations and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all office operations and ensure efficient and smooth workflow
- Manage office supplies and inventory, order supplies when needed
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting to appropriate staff members when necessary
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the company
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, typing, and photocopying
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
