Carpenter



As a Carpenter in Funchal, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing various structures and fixtures made of wood or other materials. Your role will involve using a variety of tools and techniques to create high-quality products that meet client specifications.

Your main duties will include measuring and cutting materials, assembling and fastening pieces, sanding and finishing surfaces, and repairing or replacing damaged structures. You will also need to interpret blueprints or other design plans, as well as communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in carpentry, preferably in a similar environment. You must be skilled in using hand and power tools, as well as have knowledge of various wood types and their applications. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this position.

This is a contract job that offers a salary of $1500 per month. As accommodation is not provided, you must have your own place to stay in Funchal or be willing to find one on your own. However, we do offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
