As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coffee and customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, handling cash transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe. You will also be expected to have a friendly and welcoming attitude towards our customers and be able to communicate effectively with them.

This position is ideal for someone who is looking for an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the food and beverage industry while exploring the beautiful landscapes of Svalbard. No prior experience is required, but a love for coffee and a willingness to learn is essential. You must also have your own visa arrangements as we are unable to provide accommodation or visa sponsorship.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with free meals during your shifts. You will also have the chance to work with an international team and make friends from all over the world.

To be considered for this role, you must be physically fit as you will be required to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects. You must also have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
