Our cafe in Svalbard is seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Barista to join our team. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee and tea beverages for our customers. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with a love for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the industry. No previous experience is required, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and great work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control of all drinks served
- Maintain cleanliness of work station and cafe area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with restocking supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques (training will be provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be legally eligible to work in Norway
