Trainee Barista
As a trainee barista, you will be responsible for learning the craft of making and serving high-quality coffee beverages to customers. You will assist in all aspects of the coffee-making process, from grinding and brewing to latte art and customer service. This is a contract position with no experience required, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to enter the world of coffee and hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Learn how to operate various coffee machines and equipment
- Assist in preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more
- Participate in training sessions to develop your skills in coffee making and customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering any questions they may have
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience as a barista is required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn the craft
- Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in Oslo without sponsorship
