Experienced Barista in Oslo


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Oslo. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service. This position requires at least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for students looking to gain experience in the coffee industry while studying in Oslo. The salary for this position starts at 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Ensure that all food and beverage items are stocked and displayed properly
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to create new menu items or promotions

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
