Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Manage and monitor all IT systems, networks, and equipment

- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and other technology components
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Train employees on new systems or software when necessary
- Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with relevant regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
