Preservation Architect


We are seeking a talented Preservation Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, ensuring their structural integrity and historical significance. Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, creating preservation plans, managing restoration projects, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site surveys and assessments of historic buildings and structures.
- Develop preservation plans that meet all regulatory requirements.
- Manage restoration projects from start to finish, including budget management.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of historic buildings.
- Utilize your knowledge of architectural history and preservation techniques to make informed decisions about restoration methods.
- Maintain accurate records of all site surveys, preservation plans, and restoration projects.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in historic preservation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in historic preservation or restoration.
- Knowledge of architectural history and preservation techniques.
- Experience managing restoration projects from start to finish.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus).
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information.

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia
