We are seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your work will involve conducting site surveys, creating preservation plans, and supervising restoration projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to assess the condition of historical buildings and structures
- Create preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
- Supervise restoration projects to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to preservation plans
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the restoration process
- Research historical documentation and materials to inform restoration decisions
- Advise clients on preservation techniques, costs, and timelines
- Monitor the progress of restoration projects and provide updates to clients as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture styles, techniques, and materials
- Familiarity with local regulations and guidelines for historic preservation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets effectively
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and communicating with clients

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia (accommodation provided)
