Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Wiltz is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with the design team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate project progress and any issues to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Coordinate with design team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Provide guidance and direction to project team members
- Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation for each project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to effectively manage teams
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English language
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
