Office Assistant
Location: St. Petersburg, Russia
Salary: $1400 USD/month
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in St. Petersburg. This role will be responsible for maintaining office operations by receiving and distributing communications, managing office supplies and equipment, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and monitoring expenses
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus
