Office Administrator
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Ufa. As an administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative tasks and procedures within the office. This includes but is not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Maintaining records and filing systems
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one if necessary
