Barista - Specialty Coffee Shop



We are hiring a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at our specialty coffee shop located in Sharjah, UAE. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer orders
- Recommend menu items and make suggestions based on individual preferences
- Ensure quality control by monitoring brewing equipment and adjusting recipes as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Uphold food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, and coffee roasting is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Must have own visa (no visa sponsorship available)
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
