Pastry Chef for Egyptian Cuisine in Beer-Sheva
We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef with a passion for Egyptian cuisine to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious and authentic Egyptian desserts and pastries for our menu.
Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts and pastries using traditional Egyptian recipes
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to food safety standards and quality guidelines
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on pastry techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new dessert and pastry offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pastry station
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably with experience in Egyptian cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional Egyptian dessert recipes
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: 1000$ per month
